General Information

The yurasov.pro website offers limited-edition art prints.

Each print is part of a limited edition. Once an edition is sold out, the print becomes unavailable for purchase.

Payment

All prices on the website are listed in US dollars (USD).

Available payment methods:

• Visa / Mastercard (via WayForPay)
• Apple Pay / Google Pay (via WayForPay)
• Cash payment — available only for self-pickup in Kyiv

Payment must be completed in full before order processing begins.

Order Processing

All prints are produced individually.

The production and dispatch time is up to 10 business days from the moment the payment is confirmed.

Order cancellation is possible only upon prior agreement and is reviewed individually depending on the stage of production.

Delivery

We ship worldwide, except to russia and belarus.

Available delivery options:

• Nova Poshta
• Ukrposhta
• Self-pickup in Kyiv

Shipping costs are paid by the customer and calculated separately based on the destination and selected delivery method.

Refund Policy

Art prints are not subject to return or refund, as they are limited-edition physical artworks.

A refund or replacement is possible only in cases where the item is damaged during delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, the customer must:

• contact the seller within 48 hours of receiving the order;
• provide photographic evidence of the damage.

Each case is reviewed individually.
